Gear Review for Sept.
Garmin Watch (Instinct 3)- Best watch I've ever had. Hands down. Being able to track my sleep, how my sleep patterns affect my day to day, heart rate, oxygen levels, steps, altitude, every bell and whistle and then some. Mine has solar so I'm not stressing about packing around an extra battery pack on the mountain which is a HUGE bonus for me.
